Get a little exercise while seeing the sights on this 2.5-hour environmentally friendly bike ride, a fun way to explore Visby and its environs. The day begins when you grab a bottled water then meet your knowledgeable guide and receive your bike and compulsory helmet. After a brief route orientation, you're off! As a group, follow a scenic route that takes you to Almedalen, once the site of the Hanseatic Harbor. See the oldest remaining structure in Visby, known as Kruttornet (Powder Tower), and the blooming Botanical Gardens. You'll pedal by the legendary Maiden's Tower and bike uphill to Klinten for panoramic vistas over the harbor, the old city and the Baltic Sea. Head into the countryside, three miles south of Visby and up to the high cliff of Högklint. You'll pause for refreshments at the small café at Princess Eugenie's summer residence in Fridhem before returning to the port after this exhilarating day.

Participants will cycle together as a group. There is approximately 2½ hours of cycling. Tour will operate in all weather conditions; please dress appropriately. Maximum weight is 242 lbs.
