Board your motor coach and drive to the summit of El Castro Hill for panoramic views of Vigo and the bay. Continue through the city center passing the Plaza de España and the Plaza de América en route to Castrelos Park. Stop for photographs of the 17th century Quinones de Leon Palace. The Manor House is currently home to the Municipal Art Museum. Enjoy some free time to explore the extensive botanical gardens before continuing towards Samil Sands, the city's finest beach. Stop at Pazo Los Escudos Hotel for refreshments. This 19th century Galician country manor, is today a five-star luxury resort which houses a magnificent collection of family coats of arms dating between the 15th and 19th century. Enjoy a selection of tapas accompanied by wine, mineral water , coffee or tea, and admire the fabulous views. Board your coach for the return trip to the ship.

The content of this tour is identical to VGO-290. Only guests using a wheelchair can book this tour, as it ensures accessible transportation. Additional companions should book their tickets on tour VGO-290, but they will travel on same the transportation provided for tour VGO-291. Bookings not marked with an accessibility requirement will be removed from the tour's inventory.There are a few steps in the gardens but passengers do not need to negotiate these in order to enjoy the sights.
Pazo Los Escudos is not available on all dates, therefore refreshments may be served at an alternative hotel.
