Experience Split city on this enjoyable two hour guided walking tour that starts at Diocletian's Palace, which is almost a town in itself. Enter the 4th century palace through the impressive arches, and roam the open courtyards, admiring the magnificent stone columns, narrow cobbled lanes and incredible architectural detail. There are many restaurants and shops here but next door you will find St Dominus's Cathedral which features an impressive bell-tower that was constructed in 1100 A.D. Walk up the stairs for amazing views of the city and Adriatic sea. Pass through the Temple of Jupiter, a 13 century old structure that has been remodelled many times over the years and features imposing stone columns before heading into the Old Town for shopping on marble-paved Marmontova Street and souvenir hunting in People's Square.

This tour features extensive walking over uneven surfaces. Not recommended for passengers with limited mobility. Visitors to Diocletian's Palace must negotiate some steps. Wear comfortable, sturdy walking shoes.Use of an audio headset (included) will enhance your tour experience.
