Embark on an exciting adventure that combines the thrill of flightseeing with an Alaska sled-dog experience on this two-hour adventure. Take to the skies via helicopter for a bird's-eye view of the region's dramatic landscapes and untamed beauty. As you ascend, the Taiya Inlet stretches beneath you, its blue waters framed by rugged cliffs. Ahead, green alpine forests give way to the whites and blues of snow-capped peaks and glacial expanses. Your destination is Denver Glacier. Step onto the glacier and meet a professional dog musher and spirited sled dogs, eager to show off their skills. Interact with the dogs as you learn how to prepare the team, from harnessing the pups to understanding their individual personalities and requisite training techniques. Your guide will share tales of the Iditarod, you will watch a demonstration of mushing, and you'll meet the adorable puppies as well. The routine flight promises more awe-inspiring views, ensuring this Alaska experience is etched into your memory forever.
