Learn why this capital city is the envy of almost every city in the Baltic on a three-and-a-half-hour guided tour that visits some of Riga's most notable attractions. After boarding your air-conditioned motorcoach you'll travel past Riga's famed Art Nouveau buildings, listed on the UNESCO Heritage Site. After disembarking at the Opera House, you'll begin your walking tour of Old Riga - tour will take you through picturesque streets you will see numerous places of cultural and historical importance, such as the Small Guild and Great Guild Houses, the House of Cats, House of Blackheads, Riga city council building and many more. On your return trip to Riga you'll make three fascinating photo stops - the Freedom Monument, House of the Blackheads, the 13th century St. Peter's Church whose skyscraping spire's been rebuilt three times in its 800 year history. As you make your way back to the ship, your coach will take you across the river for a breathtaking panoramic view of Old Town.
