The Osorno volcano is the world-renowned icon of Puerto Montt. Rising an impressive 8,700 feet it can be seen anywhere within the Puerto Montt and Lake District areas. This all day guided tour takes you all around the stunning sights that surround this celebrated landmark. Your first stop is Petrohue Falls, which offers a tranquil respite and spectacular views. Next, you'll travel to La Burbuja, a ski resort on the edge of Lake Llanquihue. Once you step off your transportation you'll be astounded by the gorgeous views. Then, you'll travel to a nearby restaurant for a delicious lunch featuring many Chilean and German favorites. On your way back to Puerto Montt, you'll stop in the charming town of Puerto Varas. Resting on the shores of Lake Llanquihue, Puerto Varas was founded by German immigrants over 150 years ago and is well known for its German traditions, food and architecture.
