This one is for the food and wine connoisseurs. Spend the day in the lush Hunter Valley region, where you can enjoy wine tasting and local produce. The Hunter Valley is home to over 4,000 acres of vines, 90 wineries and a number of Australia's oldest and most acclaimed wine estates.
