Snap, post and let the world see the beauty that lies in and around New Plymouth. So grab your camera and begin your photo adventure at the Pukeiti Garden. Set on the slopes of Mount Taranaki and nestled within a regenerating rainforest, the ever-blooming 65-acre garden boasts one of the world's largest and most diverse collection of rhododendrons and other exotics. Depending on the time of year you visit, you'll see roses, camellias, magnolias, giant Himalayan lilies and more. Enjoy a guided tour of the garden trails before rejoining your coach for a scenic drive to a local winery. You don't have to be an oenophile to appreciate the tour. Overlooking the Sugar Loaf Islands, its views are just as phenomenal as its wines. From the seven-acre vineyard of pinot gris, pinot noir, pinotage, and sauvignon blanc grapes, you have spectacular views down the rugged Taranaki coastline and across the Tasman Sea.
