Travel to the region of the Galilee, the scene of Christ's youth, where he was baptized, where he preached and where he performed many of his miracles. First stop on this awe-inspiring itinerary is the Mount of Beatitudes where Jesus gave his Sermon on the Mount and is believed to be the site where he met his apostles after his resurrection. From here, you'll travel to the modern-day Church of the Multiplication in nearby Tabgha, known as the site where Jesus miraculously multiplied the loaves and fish to feed 5,000 people. Built on the remains of a 4th century church, a glass panel in the floor offers a look at the foundations of the original church. Next, a tour through Capernaum includes the ruins of the synagogue where Christ preached. Your final stop is Yardenit on the banks of the River Jordan, where John the Baptist baptized Christ.

The Church in Tabgha is closed on Sundays, St. Peter's Primacy will be visited instead.The itinerary may alter depending on local traffic or local conditions.
