Join the Tangalooma Ranger and tackle one of Moreton Island's many hiking trails. The desert trail is 4 Kilometres long and features an elevation gain of approximately 90 Meters. The trail takes you through the forest to a large sand dune and back down to the beach.
Special Notes:
This tour operates weather permitting although rain does not deter us. Temperatures and humidity can be high. Wear sturdy walking shoes and long sleeves and trousers with cooling fabrics to protect your skin from sunburn. Bring water, a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, insect repellent and binoculars, as well as suitable protection for your camera. Although temperatures are hot, tropical showers are likely, therefore we recommend bringing a waterproof jacket. Wildlife sightings are likely but are not guaranteed. Minimum age is 6 years. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.Details
