This enchanted isle proves that paradise is rarely paved. And since Moreton is made up entirely of sand, you'll set out on your expedition around the island's northern region. You'll depart from Tangalooma Island Resort and head inland on a purpose-built 4WD bus through Moreton Island National Park to Ocean Beach – a 22-mile-long pristine beach on the island's eastern side. Next up is a bit of history with a visit to the 160-year-old Cape Moreton Light, the oldest lighthouse in Queensland. Here you can enjoy a break for a light snack while taking in the amazing views. Back on the bus, you'll continue on to picture-perfect Honeymoon Bay, a hidden gem on the island's northern tip. Once off the bus, you can stroll to Champagne Pools and discover for yourself the incredible beauty of this pristine bay. To complete the tour, enjoy a glass of sparkling wine in this beautiful location.
