Developed in collaboration with Bill Esparza, noted author and leading expert on Latin American cuisine, this culinary adventure features the local flavors of the region and introduces one of its celebrated chefs. Delve into this Latin American delicacy on an exciting culinary adventure that introduces renowned local chef and restauranteur Diego Becerra and his modern seafood bar-El Presidio. A feast for all the senses, not only will you learn the origins and preparation of this classic dish, your experience also includes a tasting session of three different ceviches paired with local beer and Los Osuna "Tequila Tasting", the last of the blue agave spirits in the state. Guests are treated to a short, guided walk of the Historic Center at the conclusion of the day. Return to port with the knowledge to prepare your own ceviche back at home.
