WHAT YOU WILL VISIT

"Salsa Class" & Resort – Travel to a nearby resort hotel to meet your host chefs for a hands-on, salsa-making experience. They'll help you master a variety of authentic Mexican blends, like picante red, zesty salsa verde, pico de gallo, guacamole – even a dessert salsa. All the while, sample your delicious creations with fresh-made quesadillas, taquitos, and tortilla chips. Once you work up a thirst, you're ready for a lesson in blending that classic Mexican concoction, the margarita – traditional and the frozen strawberry variety. (For those not wishing to drink alcohol, bottled water and hibiscus herbal tea are also available.)
But this party is just getting started, as you hit the dance floor for a salsa demonstration. Your hosts will have you spinning, stepping and strutting to this lively blend of African rhythms, mambo and other Latin beats. After class, cool off in one of the hotel's pools or chill in a lounge chair, taking in glorious ocean views.

SNACK
Nosh throughout your salsa-making lesson, pairing your creations with quesadillas, taquitos and tortilla chips; then sample your cold refreshing margaritas or enjoy bottled water or herbal tea.

Special Notes:

Participants must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol. It is recommended you bring your swimsuit and towel! Once participants join their tour, they will be required to complete a liability waiver. Passengers remaining in town to shop are responsible to return to the pier on their own.
