Step aboard your air-conditioned minibus at the pier and set off on an adventure brimming with delight. Your driver, a Hawaii State Certified Guide, will offer expert narration on the amazing landscape that glides past your window and share insight into the spiritual aspects of island where, according to Hawaiian legend, the demigod Maui tamed the sun in the mountain's summit basin.

Surfing Goat Dairy Farm offers a tour of the grounds and a glimpse of the whole dairy operation as you learn how goats are milked and view the cheese making area. The dairy produces over 30 award-winning cheeses from fresh creamy chevre and feta to fully-ripened goat cheese in wax. Savor some gourmet cheeses and enjoy a delicious lunch.

Continuing your drive through upcountry Maui, you'll arrive at Ocean Vodka Organic Farm & Distillery. True to their organic and sustainable commitment, discover the importance of organic farming for the conservation of land and ocean, sustainable manufacturing and the production of spirits. Guests 21 years and older may sample Ocean Organic Vodka and Deep Island Hawaiian Rum and receive a souvenir shot glass. Those under 21 are welcome to sample deep ocean mineral water and receive a souvenir from the gift shop.

Vist the Ali'i Kula Lavender Farm, where 45 different varieties of lavender grow year round. The fresh and invigorating fragrance will fill your senses and uplift the spirit. During your guided garden tour, you will learn about this mystical and mysterious herb, surrounded by vibrant proteas and Tuscan olive trees. Best of all, visit the studio gift shop and discover a variety of quality products and gifts directly from the garden, made with "lavender and aloha" just for you.

The final stop on your itinerary, is the historic plantation town of Pa'ia, founded in the latter half of the 19th century. Home to a unique blend of shops, boutiques and restaurants and nestled along some of Maui's best beaches, you'll savor time to explore this unique village on your own. Take in some Maui sunshine and relax in one of the most charming areas on the Valley Isle before the scenic drive back to the pier. This is an epicurean journey of sight, scent and taste you won't soon forget.

Wear comfortable walking shoes and a sweater or jacket. Temperatures can drop as you gain altitude. Due to climatic changes, views may become hindered or blocked by clouds or fog at any given time.

The Surfing Goat Dairy Farm store is closed on Sunday afternoons; only the factory visit will be included.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Advise any special dietary requirements at the Tour office 48 hours prior to the tour. Tour cannot accommodate collapsible walkers or wheelchairs.
