At Marseille port, meet your guide before driving through beautiful Provence countryside at the start of this wonderful day out. View the two-tiered Roman amphitheater, which once seated 20,000 spectators and features 129 arches. Visit the 5th-century St. Trophime Church, and the Republic Square with its Roman obelisk. Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant before heading to the village of Les Baux de Provence. Located on a bare rock spur, it is dominated by a ruined castle and features dramatic ravines and narrow cobbled lanes.
