En route to the restaurant, you'll follow your guide for a stroll through the narrow cobblestone streets of Funchal´s Old Town and mingle with shoppers at a local market. Once at the restaurant, you'll observe the talented chef as it demonstrates how to prepare a delicious lunch. On the menu is espada fish (also known as black scabbardfish), seared tuna, sweet potato and dessert made with locally grown bananas accompanied by carefully chosen Portuguese wines.
