The sights of Lisbon are always a delight so settle in your seat as you leave the pier and cross over the April 25th Bridge to the base of the colossal statue of Christ the King. From here you have splendid views across the Sea of Straw Harbor to the 10th century St. George Castle, set high atop Sao Jorge Hill and Black Horse Square, named after the equestrian statue of King Jose. Continue on to the Quinta da Bacalhôa Winery for samplings of local wines and appetizers. Back on the coach, you'll next visit the Azulejos de Azeitao tile factory where craftsmen, using traditional methods, create and reproduce European, Islamic and Chinese designs by hand. As you return to Lisbon you'll be treated to a drive over the scenic Arrábida mountain range offering breathtaking views over the Peninsula of Tróia and the city of Setubal, Portugal's third largest city.
