Board your air-conditioned motorcoach and travel to Mirador de Haría, a three-mile high viewpoint just south of the village of Haría. A winding road twists its way around the cliffs and up a mountain pass. When you disembark you'll be treated to eye-popping views of the valley, the high cliffs of the coast and Peñas del Chache, the island's highest mountain. You'll continue on to Mirador del Rio, Lanzarote's most famous viewpoint. Standing 1,630 feet above sea level, you can see Las Salinas del Rio, the island's oldest salt plains, which have been used since Roman times. Next, you'll travel to Los Jameos del Agua. This open-air cavern is part of a four-mile long volcanic tunnel that collapsed and developed openings, which were turned into a tropical garden, a pool, a bar and an auditorium. Your tour concludes with a scenic drive through the lunar landscape to your ship.
