Explore Kotor from two different perspectives-soaring over craggy mountains inside the spacious Kotor Cable Car and walking through Old Town Kotor. Your excursion begins with a scenic drive to the village of Dub where you'll board a spacious gondola with high, protective glass that affords mesmerizing 360° views. The enjoyable 11-minute ride travels 3,900 meters (12,795 feet) over Lovcen National Park and ends on top of Mount Lovćen (the black mountain for which the country is named and considered the Montenegrin Olympus). Here, you'll disembark and have some free time to ooh and ahh and photograph the Bay of Kotor and the Adriatic Sea and the ancient town of Kotor scattered below. Photos taken, you'll ride back down to your waiting coach and continue to the well-preserved and restored medieval Old Town.
