The beauty and bounty of Nova Scotia's famed Annapolis Valley is on display on a lovely five-hour adventure perfectly suited to nature lovers and wine enthusiasts. Set off on a scenic motorcoach ride that meanders through the picturesque countryside. You'll enjoy informative commentary about the history of the region, including the dykelands of Grand Pré, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the region's coastal climate, its impact on the local vineyards, and the most famous type of wine in Nova Scotia, known as Tidal Bay. You'll stop at three, unique, award-winning wineries, tour the lush grounds and interact with local estate owners, topping off your visit with a tasting of two or three wines. At the final venue, a local cheese tasting is included as well. Bring your camera along, as you'll stop to photograph the dramatic Bay of Fundy, Cape Blomidon and other scenic landmarks. Return to port with a deeper appreciation of the rich history and flavors of this beautiful region of Nova Scotia.
