Haines is known for its wildlife and stunning natural surroundings. This small group tour is for those that have a "smart phone" and want to learn how to take better pictures as well as for serious photographers. Regardless of skill level or camera type, your photographer/guide works to ensure everyone's photographic abilities are improved. The professional photography guide selects the best locations to find the most dramatic light and wildlife activity. Your tour begins with a scenic drive to Picture Point, your first photo stop. Here, you'll capture breathtaking views and photographs of your ship. You'll continue to such locations as Tanani Point and Chilkoot River. Bald eagles are common and, depending on the time of year, brown bear can be seen feeding on salmon along the river. You'll continue to Pyramid Island and Lentikof Cove Cannery snapping photos along the way. As other locations may provide better photo opportunities, the itinerary is flexible.
