Upon arrival at Castello Sforzesco, you'll follow your guide to Piazza del Duomo, site of world-famous landmarks such as the 14th century Duomo, the world's largest Gothic cathedral, and on through Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II filled with shops and restaurants. Just minutes away is Piazza della Scala, home to the famous Teatro alla Scala opera house. From here, you'll continue on to the Pinacoteca Ambrosiana, one of Italy's oldest and richest museums, and view the brilliant "Codex Atlanticus" exhibition, the largest collection of Leonardo da Vinci's drawings in the world. To learn more about da Vinci, you'll walk to the Leonardo da Vinci Museum and take an interactive journey through working models of his machines and digital restoration of his paintings.
