Experience the cultural riches of the Genoese Republic on a guided walking tour along the famed Via Garibaldi. Your first stop is Palazzo Rosso, forming part of the museum complex on Via Garibaldi, which houses works of art collected by the Brignole Sale family.Then it's on to the Palazzo Doria-Tursi, the most opulent residence built during the Genoese century: the building's façade is notable for its use of multiple materials and colors, and inside, beautiful tapestries, antiques, and ceramics can be found. Letters signed by Christopher Columbus are also on display. Finally, stroll over to San Lorenzo Cathedral before independent sightseeing and shopping.
