Description
Be sure to read the Special Notes further down this page for important requirements and restriction.
Your half-day eco-adventure begins with a dive to the El Sauzal nature park area. You'll want to wear sturdy hiking shoes and bring water, sunscreen, and a hat for this strenous guided hike. Set off with your knowledgeable guide, who will offer expert commentary on the unusual geological formation and the flora and fauna unique to this arid terrain. Keep an eye out for spiny lizards sunning on the rocks and western kingbirds and red-tail hawks soaring above the Guadalupe Valley. Continue deeper into the El Salto canyon, which translates to The Jump, so be prepared to hop from one massive boulder to another --challenging but also fun. At the conclusion of your hike, a short drive brings you to an oceanfront microbrewery, where you can refresh with a cold craft beer sampler. Relax on the return drive to port after this energizing day.
