DAY ONE
WHAT YOU VISIT
Lukimbi Safari Lodge
Upon disembarkation in Durban, you'll be met by a local English-speaking tour guide for your transfer to Durban's King Shaka International Airport. On arrival, you'll proceed to the Lukimbi Safari Lodge in
Kruger National Park, South Africa's largest and oldest national park. Nestled in the southern region of the park, the lodge sits under magnificent trees along a winding river. Outside, the main buildings are linked together with open wooden decks, making the most of the view; and inside, the lodge boasts carved plaster panels featuring intricate mystical creatures and African patterns. Upon arrival you'll directly embark on your afternoon game drive in an open 4x4 vehicle with a game ranger and tracker. Continue through the park to your private game lodge where you will be accommodated for the next two nights.

DAY TWO
WHAT YOU VISIT
Lukimbi Safari Lodge
Following an early morning wakeup call and refreshments, you'll embark on a safari and later return for breakfast, lunch and free time. A late afternoon safari before dinner is an ideal way to end the day.

DAY THREE

Morning and afternoon wildlife safaris offer additional opportunities to view the magnificent creatures that roam Kruger National Park.

DAY FOUR
Lukimbi Safari Lodge
Final day at the reserve begins with an early morning game drive with your guide followed by breakfast back at the lodge. After check-out, you'll transfer to Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport for your direct flight to Cape Town and transfer to Cape Town Harbor and your waiting ship.

PHOTO OPPORTUNITIES
This is the land of baobabs, fever trees, knob thorns, marula and mopane trees and some of the most magnificent animals on earth: the Big Five (buffalo, elephant, leopard, lion and rhino), the Little Five (buffalo weaver, elephant shrew, leopard tortoise, ant lion and rhino beetle), the birding Big Six (ground hornbill, kori bustard, lappet-faced vulture, martial eagle, pel's fishing owl and saddle-bill stork) and more species of mammals than in any other African game reserve. Kruger National Park is unrivalled in the diversity of its life forms and a world leader in advanced environmental management techniques and policies.

MEALS
Your breakfasts, lunches and dinners are a tantalizing mix of local flavors and continental cuisine.

Special Notes:

The contents and order of activities in this program are subject to change by the lodge management without prior notice, due to the prevailing weather conditions and movement of dangerous wildlife on the Lukimbi Private Game Reserve. During early morning game drives in open vehicles it can be a little cool. We recommend that guests take along a windbreaker. During the day, it can get extremely hot. The game drive vehicles are not covered -- and guests are therefore exposed to the elements. Kindly ensure that ALL participants are aware that this is a malaria risk area and that the necessary medication has been taken. Please note that the game drive vehicles traverse over uneven terrain and that the game-drives can be 'bumpy.' This tour is therefore not recommended for guests with back and neck problems. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed.
