AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS WITHOUT A PARK TOUR: If you're coming to Denali National Park to see wildlife and Denali, this full-day tour is your best bet! You'll travel the full length of the 90-mile park road to the remote mining town of Kantishna. During a visit to the restored mountain home of Fannie Quigley, you'll learn of her legendary exploits as a miner, hunter, trapper, gardener and cook. This comprehensive park tour also includes a stop at beautiful Wonder Lake and a tour of the impressive Eielson Visitor Center with its dramatic viewpoints. As you sightsee with a National Park Ranger as your guide, you're sure to see the widest possible array of animals from grizzlies and caribou to moose and Dall sheep.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Every effort will be made to reserve your tour at the time requested, but please note that due to National Park Service bus limitations, you may be moved to a different time slot. Please check your welcome packet upon arrival to confirm the exact tour departure time..

Special Notes:

Dress in warm layers. Bring a camera and binoculars. Wildlife sightings are likely but are not guaranteed. Park tour is approximately 11 hours. Due to Park Service regulations, school buses are used. The buses do not have restrooms; however, rest stops are made approximately every 90 minutes. Tour departs 6:15 and 7:30am daily with hotel pickups 30-35 minutes prior.
