This ancient art form has flourished here dating back over 4,000 years and Thrapsano's craftsmen are said to be descendents of the potters from the Minoan era. You'll visit a workshop and watch a talented potter at work. After the demonstration, you'll have time to purchase some of the items on display. Next, is a journey to the town of Arolithos, which may look centuries old but was actually built in 1988. After stepping off the motorcoach, you'll weave through the narrow tree-lined streets past shops filled with local artisans before reaching the restaurant for a delicious snack and folkloric show.
