Make it a picture-perfect day in Chania with this fun and creative selfie tour. Selfie sticks and photo frames will be provided, and you'll have free time to take that perfect shot. Have your camera ready as your tour begins in Old Town, home to architectural gems such as the lovely 19th century Greek Orthodox Cathedral of Chania. Feel the centuries unfold as you follow your guide to the defensive walls, built by the Byzantines between the 6th and 10th centuries and the Venetians between the 13th and 17th centuries. A stop outside the Mosque of the Janissaries may just offer the ultimate selfie shot-you're the star with Crete's oldest Ottoman building set against the blue sea in the background. From here you'll enjoy the distant view of the famous Lighthouse of Chania, a beautiful 16th century Venetian structure that is one of the city's most iconic landmarks.
