Behind-the-scenes tours put guests up close and personal with the entire process from hops to glass. You'll delve into the production of the city's award-winning pilsners, stouts and hard ciders as well as the history of each brewery on the itinerary.

Spirit Distilleries
Massachusetts has a distilling history that dates back to before the Revolutionary War.

In the 1700s, there were more than 25 distilleries in Boston, and the state was the leading exporter of rum. Today, new craft distilleries are experiencing a resurgence and producing creative spirits using the long-rooted traditions. Guests tour the facilities and learn how locally sourced ingredients and authentic techniques are creating exciting new craft bourbon, whisky, gin, rum and vodka products.

At the conclusion of the day, you may opt to disembark at Quincy Market, an indoor shopping pavilion with a wide variety of eating establishments and delightful street performers that stroll through the area.
