Visit Hondarribia, an old medieval fishing village on the French border, dating from the Middle Ages. Explore the old medieval town past ancient houses sporting carved eaves and iron balconies on a guided walking tour. Continue on to Mt. Igueldo for a photo opportunity at a viewpoint that offers a stunning panorama of San Sebastian, the Bay of La Concha, and Mt. Urgull. Next, visit San Sebastian, a seaside resort from the belle époque. City highlights include the De la Zurriola Bridge, the Victoria Eugenia Theatre and the new Kursaal Congress Centre, designed by Spanish architect Rafael Moneo, and home to an international film festival. Browse the Old Quarter for handicrafts, leather goods, ceramics and souvenirs, and enjoy a meal at one of the local hotels before re-boarding your motorcoach for the return trip back to your cruise ship.

Participation is limited.Most stores in the Old Quarter are closed on Sundays.
There is approximately 2 hours of walking required during the guided portion of the tour, some of which is over some cobblestones in Hondarribia. Guests with walking difficulties should take this into consideration.
