See the majesty of the world's largest animals in their natural environment, up close. Enjoy our big smooth comfortable jet powered catamarans as we head out 50 to 60 miles offshore, to the feeding grounds of the larger whales, where we search for finback, humpback, minke, pilot and right whales. Your expedition is fully narrated by a professional whale naturalist and researchers from Allied Whale, the whale research group at College of the Atlantic, are onboard every trip to photograph the whales we encounter for science. Along the way we will see pods of dolphins, porpoise, seals and a great diversity of seabirds. Take in the tremendous beauty of the rocky coast, watch as lobster fishermen pull in their traps, see gorgeous island lighthouses and the towering mountains of Acadia National Park.
