Established in 1981, the Pattaya Orphanage, also known as the Children's Home Foundation Pattaya!, has assisted children by providing lodging, food and educational services with no regard to race or religion. Part of your tour fee will be contributed to the organization; so not only will you have a direct impact on the health, safety and dignity of the children but you'll come away with a sense of purpose. After a short drive from the port, you'll arrive at the orphanage and be greeted by the foundation's head officers. After a short presentation about the foundation, you'll meet some of the children followed by a look at the kindergarten. If you like, you can bring anything of need for small children that you wish to donate, for example, books, pencils, toys, and diapers. Before returning to the ship, shop for souvenirs, enjoy lunch and delight in a little free time.
