Take in the highlights of Sao Miguel with this rigorous, full-day guided excursion via air-conditioned motorcoach. Tour one of the island's pineapple greenhouses to see firsthand how the delicious fruit is cultivated and marketed. Visit colonial Ribeira Grande, the island's oldest town featuring Portuguese-influenced architecture dating from the 16th century. Enjoy a photo stop at Pico do Ferro Belvedere, which offers panoramic views of the volcanic Furnas Valley.
