Papua New Guinea's best kept secret is out! Tucked away on a volcanic mountain overlooking Milne Bay is the picturesque Tawali Resort. You can spend the day relaxing at the resort, and exploring the nearby scenery. Shed some light on the darker side of Milne Bay's rich history with a Skull Cave Tour, and then spend the afternoon snorkelling at House Reef, part of the Coral Triangle. You can expect to see a staggering number of coral species and dense yet diverse number of fish species and other marine life. The rest of the afternoon is yours to enjoy as you please. Swim in the pool at the resort, snorkel at the beach or relax on the deck at the resort.
Special Notes:
Minimum age to participate tour is 5 years old.Bring local currency, as local souvenir and drinks vendors do not accept credit cards or US dollars. Wear your swimsuit under your clothing; bring a towel, sunscreen and a hat. Wear closed-toe walk shoes for visiting the skull cave.
Coach journey may be a very bumpy ride - guests should be in good physical health to undertake this tour.
