Step back in time at Moesgaard Museum, a world-class history museum housed in a spectacular architectural structure. A panoramic drive through Aarhus brings you to the new Moesgaard Museum, which was opened in 2014. Nestled in a wooded setting, the glass building is a striking visual landmark that can be seen from the sea. It showcases a unique prehistoric museum, displaying ancient artifacts that tell the story of Denmark's origins. Visitors take a time-travel archaeological journey from the early Bronze Age all the way through to the Viking age. After the visit to the museum, enjoy a guided tour into the city, where you'll disembark at the city center to enjoy 60 minutes of free time to explore on your own. Here, you'll find the largest shopping street in Aarhus, where you can learn more about Danish design. Return to the motorcoach and relax on the transfer back to the pier.
