Royal Princess Features Expanded Entertainment Options

Throughout the day and into the evening, Royal Princess guests will find a range of lively options to keep them entertained. With the brand-new Princess Live! studio featuring all day programing, to four fresh production shows in the Princess Theater, the ship offers new options and new spins on favorite activities. Whether guests try their luck in the casino or dance for hours in the brand-new Club 6, they’ll find the perfect venue on board.

Among the venues keeping Royal Princess guests entertained are:

Princess Live! – The new television studio aboard Royal Princess, a first for Princess, features programming throughout the day from 8 am until midnight. Guests can enjoy live talk shows, demonstrations and performers here, including the daily Wake Show. With seating for just under 300, the space gives guests a more intimate opportunity to meet the ship’s entertainers, play games and enjoy refreshments with the dedicated café.

Club 6 – Royal Princess’ energetic new dance club, conveniently located on Deck 6 near the Atrium, Club 6 offers a vibrant space with an intimate atmosphere and contemporary decor. Guests can grab a cocktail and dance to their favorite hits. The resident DJ keeps the party going whether guests just want to people-watch or get up and move to the beat.

Princess Theater – The line’s largest Princess Theater ever, with unobstructed sight lines from every seat, the Princess Theater offers high-definition screens and a brand new lighting system to enhance each show. This larger and more spectacular space for the line’s original production shows and entertainers debuts with four new productions on its stage, including “Colors of the World,” an experiential journey through the destinations visited by Princess ships; “Spectacular!” a musical revue extravaganza; “Sweet Soul Music,” an upbeat tribute to Rhythm and Blues; and “What the World Needs Now,” a timeless, elegant show celebrating the music and style of the ‘60s.

Vista Lounge – An all-new Vista Lounge at the aft of the ship serves as an alternate evening performance venue, offering a more intimate entertainment setting. The Vista Lounge will host a variety of top-notch entertainers each night, from live bands to comedians and illusionists, plus themed parties and special events. 

Casino – The Princess Casino aboard Royal Princess features the latest slots and table games.  Guests can indulge in their favorite games of chance, from blackjack to Texas Hold’em and roulette, or participate in the excitement of slot tournaments. Standing at the heart of the casino is a stunning spiral staircase which leads up to Deck 7 and the onboard boutiques, while an adjacent bar makes it easy to pop in for drinks between games.

Princess^® Watercolor Fantasy – Dazzling new water and light shows bring intrigue, beauty and excitement to the top deck pools with fountains that shoot plumes of water to delight and amaze all members of the family. Daily and nightly performances of four separate themed sequences comprise dancing fountains, special music and live performers. The Movies Under the Stars screen will also be incorporated as an additional show element. Royal Princess also boasts a second-level stage above the pool area where live bands will play during unforgettable evening parties.

Largest Movies Under the Stars – Not only is the Movies Under the Stars screen 30 percent larger than on other Princess ships, it is currently the largest such screen at sea – measuring 34 feet wide by 20 feet high. Naturally Princess’ signature poolside theater will have a variety of movies and concert playing on the big screen, offering guests a great view while they relax on a comfortable lounger snuggled under a cozy fleece blanket and snack on complimentary fresh-popped popcorn or delicious cookies and milk.
