Sampling world-famous seafood will be one of your favorite Alaska cruise activities on board and ashore, with crab, salmon and other seafood on the menu.

From the sea to your seat

Alaska's seafood is famous. With Cook My Catch excursions, experience the pinnacle of fresh seafood. Catch your own salmon or halibut with the help of a local expert, and in the evening our talented chefs will prepare your haul for your dinner — a Princess exclusive.

Fish must be caught while on select Princess approved excursions — including those in Juneau and Ketchikan or at the Kenai Princess Wilderness Lodge® — and can be served for dinner.

Strength and speed

As a part of North to Alaska, guests will be treated to an onboard demonstration that reveals the life and adventures of your host, an actual Alaskan lumberjack. Selected guests can also participate in an axe-throwing competition.
