Princess Cruises wants to congratulate the grand-prize winner of the "Are You're the Greatest Romantic?" video contest. After more than 8,000 votes from the public, "The Greatest Romantic???" submitted by Phil Roberts of Lexington, Ky., wins the title of The Greatest Romantic!

Phil's engaging video, nominating himself, is narrated by his adorable 3-year-old daughter who delivers a creative poem describing Phil's romance and engagement with his wife Lisa. The Department of Romance selected Phil's video as a finalist and voters picked Phil as the most romantic!
